My name is Dan May and I am a true Los Angeles native. I was born and raised in the Beverlywood-Cheviot Hills area and currently live in Santa Monica. My office with Keller Williams Santa Monica is just down the road from the Santa Monica Airport on Ocean Park Boulevard. Because I grew up and work on the Westside, I have intimate knowledge of many of Los Angeles’ finest neighborhoods. My knowledge is a distinct advantage for my busy clients.


I joined the Santa Monica of Keller Williams in October of 2008 because of its dynamic environment and culture of excellence. I gradauted UCSB in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I earned my Real Estate Agents License in 1989 and subsequently obtained my Real Estate Brokers License in 2003. I am also an active real estate investor.


For sellers, my comprehensive marketing plan gives homeowners every opportunity to obtain the maximum value for their properties. In addition to traditional real estate marketing methods (MLS, open houses, direct mail), I have a strong Internet marketing program which reaches many more potential buyers.


I bring two important advantages to buyers: First, I have an extensive area knowledge from over 50 years on the Westside. Second, I am a skilled negotiator. Nothing is more satisfying to me than seeing the smiles and satisfaction that comes with a successful sale or purchase.
